KickStart Fitness is an adult fitness program built to energize your personal fitness goals and self-confidence.  The benefits of this program include increased metabolism, strength, core stability, joint integrity and overall flexibility.  Instead of obsolete and one-dimensional cardio and weight training, you'll use advanced sports performance training methods to achieve total body fitness.  These tested and proven workouts use multi-directional, multi-planar, “functional” movements for incredible results in a motivational group training environment that boosts individual effort and encourages commitment and success.
